- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
- Shipping: Package your items securely and ship them to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.
3. Refunds
- Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition.
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if items are returned in used or damaged condition).
4. Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at lit@stonerstylez.co.za with details and photos. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Size and Style Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We handle exchanges as separate transactions to ensure quick processing.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
